Hoping they got their man

It will be a relief if it proves that Philadelphia police have their man in the senseless killing of Police Officer Gary Skerski. Having a trigger-happy cop-killer on the loose was a threat to everyone in blue, and every other Philadelphian, as well.

Cops nabbed Solomon Montgomery, 23, as he tried to flee in the expensive wheels pictured here. No soccer Mom, he - but, rather, armed and dangerous, cops said.

It's a relief, too, that Montgomery survived two gunshot wounds. He deserves to be brought to justice and, if guilty of the killing, locked away for the rest of his life to contemplate the heinous crime.
